Reality is....
what you see...
what you feel...
what you smell....
what you touch....
(in totality) what you sense and interpret.....
did you observe onething... reality is all about "us". It is null and void without "you". So, does it sound logical to conclude that your reality is your interpretation of some"thing" ? And my interpretation of the same"thing" is my reality. makes sense?
So, when we interact, our realities that are different and are centered with us, come in contact with each other. If they complement, we get along. If they are poles apart, so are we, atleast we interpret that we are different.
Focusing on the "thing". This thing is very strange. Its very difficult to unravel, understand and even to recognize it. Because, its so simple, so natural, so bluntly naked that we hardly see its presence or atleast do not have an "eye" for it. The "thing" is TRUTH.
I think, most of us use this term loosely. When we refer to this sacred word, we actually are referring to our own interpretation of it. Truth is singular, alone and out there and the one who finds it, owns it. And, unfortunately, most of us see only our own version of that truth. In fact, it is our reality.
How do we unravel this truth?
I think, this is a journey everyone has to venture on their own. As, there is no definite path, it is like everyone will have and can find out his own way to the eternal one. Some tools/methods/ways of life may help to get us onto to this path and from there on we are alone in the path. These tools/methods/ways can be taught, rather guided by your master. In some cases, you are your own master and that is highest state of realization.
Some methods being spiritual practices like yoga, meditation etc or leading a life of an ascetic. These are only the ways to reach the path.
I know I am being very vague, very stupid, very confusing and totally not making sense. Probably, the nature of truth is the same for those who do not sense it :) "may be" I dunno!!
